NonBlonde Media
Visibility infrastructure for established firms.
Every partner who hears your name looks you up.
What they find is deciding more than you think.
This is not social media management.
It is visibility infrastructure — the system that ensures your firm's reputation is visible in the places where your next business relationships are formed and validated.
The firms that get this right are not the ones posting most often.
They are the ones whose positioning, profiles, and content all tell the same story: experienced, established, authoritative, current.
Every engagement is built on four pillars.
Pillar 1: Authority Positioning
Clear, consistent messaging that reflects your firm's actual market position. What you are, who you serve, and why depth of experience matters for the work you do. This is the foundation everything else is built on.
Pillar 2: Credibility Layer
LinkedIn company page, individual profiles, website presence — optimized so that every profile a prospective partner visits tells the same story. No mismatches. No gaps. No dormant accounts.
Pillar 3: Content Strategy
Insight-driven content built from your firm's real expertise. The patterns your team has seen, the issues that consistently arise, the knowledge that decades in the business produce. Not generic. Not promotional. Professional.
Pillar 4: Business Development Alignment
The visibility system connects directly to how your firm already pursues new business. When outreach goes out, there is a fully built profile waiting to be reviewed. Every piece of content supports the conversations already happening.
Every engagement begins with the same first step.
Strategic Visibility Assessment $2,500 — One-Time Engagement
A clear-eyed, documented analysis of where your firm stands, where the gaps are, and exactly what a visibility strategy should look like for your specific firm, market, and audience.
What this delivers:
— Deep-dive discovery session
— Full digital presence audit: LinkedIn company page, individual profiles, website, and all active platforms
— Competitive visibility analysis — how your firm compares to others in the same space
— Messaging architecture: the language and positioning that should represent your firm
— Audience mapping: how to reach your specific decision-makers
— Written 90-day visibility roadmap with prioritized recommendations
— A standalone document you own
This is a complete deliverable.
If you implement it internally, it still has full value.
If you choose to move into execution, it becomes the foundation we build from.
If you decide to move into execution.
After the Assessment, execution begins with the Buildout. Over time, it becomes the Partner engagement.
Visibility Buildout
$2,500 / month | 3-Month Minimum
This is where the infrastructure gets built and where content execution begins — simultaneously.
Profile optimization, messaging framework, and content creation run concurrently from month one.
Ten to twelve posts per month across LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Monthly analytics review.
Approval-based workflow throughout.
The three-month minimum reflects the reality of visibility work: the first month builds the foundation, the second establishes the rhythm, and the third produces the data that shows what is working.
Visibility Partner
$3,000 – $3,500 / month | Ongoing
At the conclusion of the Buildout, the engagement continues as the Visibility Partner relationship.
This is a natural continuation, not a new decision.
Everything in the Buildout, continuing — plus monthly strategy sessions, quarterly content and messaging review, ongoing thought leadership development, and scripted talking points for outreach.
This is where the system pays dividends.
The infrastructure is built.
The credibility is established.
This engagement maintains and compounds it.
All engagements are scoped for written and graphic content. Video production — including scripting, filming, and editing — is quoted separately and is not included in any engagement tier.
Every engagement begins with a confidential conversation.
No pitch deck. No hard sell. A direct conversation about your firm, your visibility gap, and whether a structured engagement makes sense.
